The LEQEMBI Companion program can help patients understand insurance coverage, identify financial support, and more. Once enrolled, they’ll be connected with a dedicated Patient Navigator who can help them know what to expect at each step with infusions and injections.

As a part of the LEQEMBI Companion program, Eisai Patient Support (EPS) can offer patients information and resources to help them access LEQEMBI. The support program can help with:
- Understanding insurance coverage and potential out-of-pocket costs
- Identifying financial support programs, including the LEQEMBI Copay Assistance Program for eligible patients
- Locating an infusion center
Resources to support patients starting
on LEQEMBI® IQLIK™
Patients prescribed LEQEMBI IQLIK can get resources to help with getting started and staying on track with their treatment schedule.
One-on-one injection support
Patients can get comfortable injecting with the help of a Nurse Educator* who can provide injection support either in person or virtually. They cannot, however, provide medical advice.
A welcome kit
The kit is filled with educational resources to help you build confidence with injecting and stay on schedule.
*Nurse Educators are provided by Eisai and Biogen (manufacturers of LEQEMBI) and do not work under the direction of your health care provider.
